High speed optocouplers are usually composed of photodiodes and amplification driving circuits.
Advantages: High speed optocouplers can generally be divided into open collector output and Push–pull output according to their output types. The open collector output type of high speed optocouplers can also be divided into high-speed transistor output (up to 1Mbps) and logic gate output (usually 10Mbps) according to different chips, while Push–pull output generally uses CMOS output, which can achieve a higher transmission rate.
Application: The product is used in AC, DC isolation, electricity meters, instruments, motor drives, communication equipment, and microcomputer interfaces.
